One more to add
Was at N4 carpark at 1930hrs today. Spotted this AX plate scooter. Saw it 2 times on the road in NTU. Finally found it! Haha. Looks like my luck's pretty good whenever I'm at north spine.
As like the previous summon, i didn't have any summon slips with me. So left a handwritten note. If you are the owner of this bike, do drop us a mail soon!

By the way when i left the carpark at about 2130hrs the other 2 bikes were still there. Do lessons over the north spine end so late?
