Dinner @ Bukit Timah

Hey guys I bet all of you got to agree that i'm efficient. haha. yeah we had a pretty 'exciting' night. Met up at 7.30pm (surprisingly everyone's pretty punctual except for cy and red).
What a bad start... me and kk received summon slips for parking without coupon!! Maz and mengdi were lucky coz kk managed to stop the cp attendant in time.

Dinner was superb as usual with lots of laughter. Took some pics too. but a pity the pics turned out blur.

Guess what's after dinner. It's Bukit Brown! For those who dont know where's Bukit Brown, it's actually an old cemetery along Lornie Road. Mengdi left as he had something on. So the 6 of us (me, kk, red, ash, maz and cy) rode through the entire cemetery, all on gear 1 travelling at 20km/h max. It was great teamwork as everyone looked out for one another by alerting the others on any pothole along the way(practising for mersing trip right! haha). Special thanks to KK for offering to be the last rider throughout the entire ride!

Mr Koh! For ONCE i would say you are so NICE!

The moon really lit up the entire place so it wasn't as dark as you would expect it to be. We stopped by and chatted in the cemetery itself for at least half an hour.

Taken as we loitered around the entrance of the cemetery:

We headed down to this prata shop along River Valley Road for some drinks and of course to give our birthday boy some special attention. Bought him a shirt. Though his face is blocked by that shirt u can tell how happy he is! haha

Going home after drinks? Not so soon... next, we adjourned to the well-known Mustafa Shopping Centre! Had lots of fun trying all sorts of things there ranging from pimp-looking hats to gaudy clothes and even to weighing machine! A pity ash's camera ran out of batt. but the birthday boy took some pics with his camera. (stay tuned for that!)

Oh! Did i mention that Ash is full of ideas? He was the one who came up with this itinerary. He actually suggested beancurd in Geylang after Mustafa but we postponed it as everyone was tired.

Now, do you wish that you were with us?

BBQ Night (Part 2)

While waiting for 'great quality' pictures from Huifen..here's to the 2nd part of our BBQ itinerary. Ghost hunting. When you are around Changi, you just can't leave the infamous old CGH as well as defunked commando camp out.

Moving in!

The inside! To those Discovery Channel faithfuls...we bring you the orbs! (to those who do not watch D.C. orbs supposely are wandering spirits)

More of the orbs! There's some debate gonig on about this picture. If you zoom and look hard enough at the second blue door...there apparently a shadowy figure standing by the door. Could it be smoething from other world? you decide!

Scared stiff after the ghost hunt?

Apparently not!

It's 5+am and we're suppose to be moving off to our final spot. The kelong. The weather didn't do us much good. It was pouring so heavily halfway through that we gotto brave the freezing storm at a nearby bus-stop! *Brrrr*

BBQ on 10th May

Hi guys. Here are the details of the much anticipated first club bbq that we're going to have on this Thursday.

Meeting venue: Carpark of Changi Village (see map below)
Time: 6pm

Please pay $10 to me for the food on the day itself. Else I'll go after you! Hee.
Because of our limited capacity and there are quite a bit of barang barang, we have come up with a foolproof plan! Each of us will have a major role to play on the day itself. Please take note of your individual 'duties':

KK and Gavin - please come over to my place to pick up all the food stuff. We'll ask for reinforcement should the need arises! haha

Ali and Eugene - Please buy a small pack of charcoal each.

Maz and Reddy - here's the most challenging task. We know you two can do it! We don't doubt your carrying capability. haha. Please buy the BIG aluminium tray and the wire mesh. You 2 will need to go get ice after we start fire too.

Cy and Rae - Please buy 2 bottles of soft drinks and 1 bottle of mineral water (actually tap water also can lah. budget!) If you guys think you can buy more than 2 bottles then by all means go ahead coz 4 bottles a bit too little.

Guys, please pass me the receipts of the stuff you buy. Or at least let me know how much to reimburse you.
If you have any JD, vodka or something along that line that you wanna share by all means bring! heh.

Alright that should be all. See you on thurs!

Rae's Mambo-Jumbo

With Rae's birthday plodding along & nearing, we decided to get him presents.... something that he can use to complement his mambo scoot :)

Got him two shirts... LOL increasing his collection of Mambo apparel to 15 shirts! WOW! Talking about a big fan here... [Ed: Mambo should start sponsoring Rae for all the head-turning attention when he rides out his Mambo Vespa]

Wanted to sabo-ed him & get him to change right then n there but decided against it, for sake of humanity. And being Rae, one cannot be too decent in the pictures, right?

Went to somewhere along the vicinity of Haji lane & Arab St to check out the cafes... and of course, to try out the shisha - water pipes / smoke etc [Disclaimer: M18 - Underaged minors not allowed]

Enjoy dudes~ :)

1953 Douglas 125G spotted in Paragon. Or so i think that's the model after some google-ing. A real beauty, nicely restored! In the words of Rae, (after i sent him the MMS)
"Nice handle, nice ass"
